Printed items are produced on a made-to-order basis. Your order will be printed and shipped within 7 business days. Other items are usually shipped within 5 business days.

Please allow 21 days for delivery. Our items are sourced, printed, manufactured and shipped from all over the world. While many items may arrive in a shorter time, delivery time depends on the specific product and shipping destination.

There are certain aspects that can slow shipping down, such as the processing times of the local customs and delivery departments in your area.

Because of this we are unable to guarantee a time for international delivery, so please plan accordingly.

Please note, you are responsible for covering any customs fees that may apply in your country of delivery.

+ Returns Information

If your item is faulty or damaged

If there is a manufacturing mistake during printing or an item is damaged during shipping, please contact aspoonfulofstars@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product with the following information:

  • a photo of the damaged product in question
  • a description of the issue
  • the order number
  • your name and address

If eligible, a replacement will be issued and delivered to you at no additional cost.

If you do not want a replacement product, please state as such. A full refund can be issued instead.

  

If your item is the wrong size

Please check our size charts carefully before ordering! 

If your item requires exchanging for a different size, please contact aspoonfulofstars@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product with the following information:

  • your name and address
  • the order number
  • the product(s) you are wishing to exchange or return
  • the new size(s) that you require.

Items must be returned to one of our two bases (UK or New Zealand) at the buyer’s expense. Please do not return your item to the manufacturer. The item(s) must be unused with all tags attached. Please provide the original internal packaging if possible.

You are responsible for using tracked shipping if you wish. We do not guarantee that your item will reach us.

When evidence that you have shipped the product(s) has been provided, or we have received the item, we will process a replacement order for you.

  

If your item is not to your taste

All sale items are final, including those that have been purchased with a coupon code.

If you would like to request a refund, please contact aspoonfulofstars@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product with the following information:

  • Your name and address
  • The order number
  • The product(s) you are wishing to return if there are multiple products on the order

Items must be returned to one of our bases (UK or New Zealand) at the buyer’s expense. Please do not return your item to the manufacturer. The item must be unused with all tags attached. Please provide the original internal packaging if possible.
